CILO is introducing a terrific Sunday Brunch. Held every Sunday from 11 am – 2 pm, the brunch is a feast for the eyes as well as for the belly. Served in the tiered, festive CILO-way, the brunch is available in two versions: normal and deluxe.

For $ 19.50 per person, one starts off with a Mimosa, the first of an unlimited supply. Then a bread basket with butter and jelly is put on the table, followed by yoghurt and fresh fruit, muesli, ham and Gouda cheese, a pasta salad, smoked salmon, French brie cheese and scrambled eggs with bacon. Coffee or tea are the finale.

The Deluxe version includes all of the above, but with an added tuna salad, shrimps, hash browns, sausages and a dessert platter with fruit fritters, tiramisu, vanilla ice cream and the dessert of the day for $ 25.50 per person. The two Sunday brunches are available for a minimum of two persons.

The launch of CILO’s Sunday Brunch is on March 21. Marina-view CILO City Lounge is located in the Renaissance Marketplace downtown.
