The entire crew of CILO City Lounge at the Renaissance Marketplace is standing right behind the Cas di Glass (House of Glass) happening and they have decided to make a wonderful gesture towards reaching the event’s goal. From August 1st on, the staffers will put aside AWG. 50,-- of their joint tip money per day. On October 3rd, the final day of the Cas di Glas, the total sum of all these AWG. 50,--‘s will be donated. This is the first of hopefully a long list of restaurants, companies and private persons joining in the realizing of the Cas di Glas’ goal: getting a mobile breast screening unit for the island.

CILO manager Kim D’hondt is super enthusiastic about her team jumping in. "I am bowled over," she said. The AWG. 50,-- per day donation will be a substantial amount by the time the Cas di Glas event is finished. "I am very proud of my team."

But not only the people on Aruba are getting involved: several well-known international artists have already put out feelers to come and play live on stage at Cas di Glas, and a number of popular deejays from the US are looking forward to come and play here as well. Arubans living in Holland are getting the information about Cas di Glas as we speak, and a special bank account number will be available for donations from these 'yiu di tera'.
